Trademark Registration and Legal Protection for “Simid”: A Strategic Project by Dimov & Tashev Law Firm

 Dimov & Tashev Law Firm successfully completed a comprehensive project related to the registration and legal protection of the trademarks of its key client and one of Bulgaria’s leading producers in the bakery and healthy food industry – Simid Ltd.

The project was implemented in the context of Simid’s strategic expansion across the European and Balkan markets and included:

• Full trademark registration of all product lines before the Bulgarian Patent Office;
• International protection of the flagship brand “Zhivena” through extended registrations before:

           The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO);

           The Intellectual Property Office of Serbia;

           The State Office of Industrial Property of the Republic of North Macedonia
